The Process

Before entering therapy with me there are several things you can do to insure that you get the most from the time we spend together.

Think about the following questions

  • What has brought you into therapy at this time in your life?
  • What is interfering with the functioning of your daily living?
  • What is inhibiting your sense of well-being?
  • Besides yourself, who in your life is being affected by these issues?
  • What things have you tried to change on your own to fix your issues?

Please download and fill out the brief intake form. The answers you provide will give me important information about your background. Please bring these with you to our first session.

Intake Form

As we continue together, from time to time you will be asked to complete specific assignments that will move you further toward the outcomes you desire. These activities are not difficult, but I feel they are integral to the recovery process.
